We value your time both in and out of the office
We offer 17 days of PTO. On top of that, Sick and Safe Time is accrued in accordance with Minneapolis city laws.
After three years of employment, employees are eligible to take an additional 3 weeks off for a paid sabbatical.
In addition to 12 paid holidays, 3 paid floating holidays are offered to be used at an employee’s discretion for meaningful time away.
Full-time employees can contribute pre-tax dollars from each paycheck in the Voro-sponsored 401(k) investment plan. Voro will match 100% of your contributions, dollar for dollar, up to 3% of eligible pay, plus 50% of each additional dollar greater than 3% and no more than 5% of eligible pay. Eligibility is immediate and contributions are 100% vested right away.
Parental leave includes 6 weeks of paid and protected leave for all parents and 6 more weeks of protected leave for all parents. We also provide designated, private lactation rooms.
Depending on your plan, Voro covers 80% of the employee’s and 50% of any dependent’s premium. Other health benefits available include dental, vision, HSA plans, FSA plans, and more.

Everyone talks about the 40 hour work week, but at Voro we live it. We know the agency world has a rough reputation for extreme hours, but you won’t find that here. When we say 40 hours, we mean it.
If you’re working hard, you should be rewarded. That’s why we pay overtime to our employees. The extra effort of going above and beyond never goes unnoticed here.
We like to start off every week with the right mindset. So on Mondays we buy lunch for the entire team and leadership hosts an open discussion regarding company culture and business. It provides everyone a chance to share some food and some quality conversation together.

As marketers, we know that communication is key and conversations are capital. That’s why we ensure you always have bi-weekly meetings with your manager to discuss career development progress, goals, and opportunities.
Access to Leadership
Beyond regular reviews and regroups with your team, all employees have access to leadership. A great example of this is one on one meetings with one of our partners at your three month and nine month anniversary.
We have developed industry leading support for onboarding and ongoing training. We teach the skills best learned on the job and provide resources to learn the skills best serviced by a third party. Everyone is trained to be creative problem solvers and to be experts in the individual tools and disciplines necessary to fulfill client needs.
Voro Certification is a proprietary training and development program we put every single one of our employees through. Before you ever end up on a client call or dive deep into a project, you understand how to think about solving a problem or servicing a client.
Independent Development Plans
We don’t believe in one size fits all. We work directly with employees to create a personalized Independent Development Plan. Everyone meets bi-weekly with their manager to track progress and discuss career development.

When you take on new responsibilities and increase your impact on our business, it’s recognized in that moment, not at your next annual review.
